Welcome to The Woodworking Club. When visiting or shopping at this website You accept the terms and conditions stated in this document.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

While buying products on thewoodworking.club and thewoodworkingclub.dk, you will fill in your personal details, such as your name, address, phone number and payment code. We may use any of these in order to fulfil your order, including contacting you to provide you information about your order.

Note that sales made on our websites are not valid until we have approved the order.

You will get confirmation of your order via e-mail. Please notice that this is not the final confirmation of the contract. The order is not accepted until it is approved, and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

CLASSES AND COURSES

Classes and courses are only booked when paid for. Once paid, the place is secured and confirmed via email or phone. Changes are possible before 4 weeks before the start of the class or course. Changes within 3 weeks of the start of the class or course may be possible and may be subject to a change fee. Should the customer be required to make a change due to Covid19 positive test, no change fees will be applied.  

Cancellations are allowed 8 weeks before the start of the class or course. An administration fee is applied to cancellations.

We reserve the right to change the dates of the classes and courses due to special circumstances, including illness of tutors, unavailability of premises, government-mandated shut-downs and other special circumstances.

PRICES

All prices on our online store includes 25% Danish VAT.

Where applicable, for example sales of products shipped outside of the European Union (EU), VAT is not applied. This is done automatically throughout the webshop.

Businesses with a valid VAT number within the EU can enter their VAT registration number at checkout to have VAT removed as per EU rules. This is done automatically at checkout.

The Woodworking Club reserves its right to change or discontinue products, levels of stock and to correct mistakes or changes in prices. The Woodworking Club reserves the right to update the site at any time.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed via Stripe, which is a secure, well-trusted online payment processor. Major debit and credit cards are accepted. For details regarding Stripe visit www.stripe.com. SHIPPING

We deliver globally from Europe. Shipping costs can be found on the delivery page of our website. Goods will be dispatched within 1-14 days of the payment being cleared, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs will appear on the order confirmation before you pay. In some cases, shipping costs may need to be updated after placing your order due to additional costs related to oversized, extra heavy, restricted items. In these cases, we will let you know of any changes and will give you the option to cancel your order before dispatching.                    

When selecting and paying for 1-2 guaranteed express delivery this means 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) from placing your order, and its based on the order being received before 15:00h CET.  Orders received after 15:00h CET will be considered received the next working day. 

If an item is momentarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. We will inform you of this via e-mail. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with, provided they are returned in their original condition within 60 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, to arrange for a replacement. In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please get in touch for details of where to ship faulty products back to.

GIFT CARDS

At The Woodworking Club it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used in our online as well as physical store. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card for you to print. The gift card is only valid when full payment has been received. It is not possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. It is not possible to exchange for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid until the date printed on the gift card. 

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Any dispute that involves The Woodworking Club will be cleared according to Danish laws and regulations and a Danish court will be used unless the Danish law prescribes it differently.
