We have tried to make it simple to place your order, no matter where you are. For this we have created simplified flat-rate cost structure that is cheap and easy to follow. Please see below for details.

Notes of delivery costs
Where applicable, VAT is included in the shipping costs shown above and at the checkout.
The shipping costs shown on the table above cover 95% of all cases. However, in some instances shipping costs might be adjusted to cover additional costs incurred in relation to special shipments, e.g. products that are odd- and over-sized, extra heavy or with special shipping restrictions. In such a case, we will let you know and you will have the right to cancel you order and get a full refund straightaway.
Shipping costs are based on our base currency (Danish Kroner, DKK). Costs in Euro, Pound Sterling, US Dollars shown at the checkout may vary slightly (a few cents, up or down) due to currency fluctuations. This will never be more than a few cents/pennies. The actual amount will be clearly shown at checkout and on your order.
Guideline delivery times
- Denmark: 1-3 working days from dispatch
- US & Europe: 2-5 working days from dispatch
- Worldwide Express: 2-6 working days from dispatch
